Print on Demand
Each piece of clothing is printed on demand, meaning My Bondi does not hold stock—your item is printed especially for you as soon as you place an order.
Please double-check sizing and design choices before purchasing, as we do not offer exchanges. If you're unsure about sizing, we recommend ordering just one item to start. You can find size, fabric, and care details in each product description. If you need further assistance before purchasing, feel free to email me.
Shipping
Our items are shipped from China or the United States. Printing typically takes 1-2 days, followed by shipping, which usually takes 5-14 days on average.

Returns & Refunds
Sale & Reduced Items
All SALE items or discounted items from any sale or promotion are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.
Returns on Full-Priced Items
We accept returns on full-priced items under the following conditions:
Items must be in their original, unworn condition, with tags attached.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the dispatch date.
Items must be free from scents (perfume, detergent, etc.), makeup, or fake tan marks.
If a return does not meet these criteria, the item will be returned to the sender at their expense. We reserve the right to decline any return that does not comply with our policy.
Return Process
Return Shipping
The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
We do not provide return labels or cover return shipping costs.
Returns must be sent via a trackable courier or registered post, and the tracking number must be provided. We cannot accept responsibility for lost returns.
Return Approval & Store Credit
All returns must be approved by My Bondi before being sent back.
We do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, once your return is received and approved, you will receive store credit to use toward a new purchase.
Changes to Orders
As items are printed on demand, we are unable to make changes or cancel an order once it has been processed.
Issues
If you experience any issues with your order, please email us with the necessary details, and we’ll be happy to assist.
Refunds
If you receive a faulty item, please notify us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
However, refunds will not be issued if the item has been damaged due to failure to follow washing instructions. Please ensure you follow the care guidelines provided with your purchase.
